I could not recommend travelling with this company after a recent 4 day holiday to the Lake District. The hotel was fine, the courier was good but the "comfortable coach" was anything but. It was a very uncomfortable, small, converted van. None of the group of 17 people were happy with the travelling conditions and Brightwater Holidays were seemingly unconcerned and did not respond to our complaints.
